Depending on whether you are an individual or a business, Luminous connects you with its partner organizations for providing you unsecured loans starting from 1 Lakhs up to 100 Lakhs. Financing is typically available for up to 80% of the project cost. Top-up loans on your existing home-loans are also available subject to T&C.
Loan approval process may take between 10-14 days depending upon the KYC process and the solution.
We at GreenChip offer you with OPEX (RESCO) and CAPEX models for your solar power. OPEX refers to operational expenditures while CAPEX refers to capital expenditures. As you guessed, these two are totally different monetary models for investing in solar power plants.
If you choose CAPEX model, you invest in the setting up and installation cost of the solar plant and are responsible for its operation and maintenance. The energy produced is for your own use and is now completely free of cost! This is a lucrative model for high and long-term savings. You can claim a 40% accelerated depreciation from the plant as you are its owner.
If you decide to opt for our OPEX model, you can install a solar power plant at your rooftop by signing a Private Power Purchasing Agreement (PPPA) with us. You will now enjoy the benefits of solar power without having to bear any of the additional costs associated with it. You will pay for the units you consume (pay per use) without being worried about maintenance and warranty. We will take care of it for you
MODEL 1: CAPEX
Ideal for clients who wants to invest but wants loan from financial institution. We provide Collateral free 75-80% loan with 9.5% to 10.5% rate of interest and 8-10 years tenure of loan.
MODEL 2 : LEASING/DEFERRED PAYMENT
Clients who do not want to invest. We provide Collateral free 100% finance with just 5-10% deposit with fixed monthly instalment for a duration of 5-7 Years.
MODEL 3 : OPEX/PPA/RESCO/DEFERRED PAYMENT
Client wants OPEX/PPA/RESCO model. We provide this model with a PPA rate for a duration of 10-15 years.
